n ✅ 10–12 years of experience in US Life Insurance, Annuity Insurance, or Insurance Operations
n ✅ Proven experience in Operations Management and team leadership
n ✅ Excellent Stakeholder Management and Client Relationship Management skills
n ✅ Solid communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
n ✅ Willingness to work in US shifts
