n Job Title: CC&B; Techno Functional Consultant
n Required Skillset: Oracle C2M.
n Location: Kolkata
n Experience Range: 6+ years
n Job Description:
n Must Have:
n 1. 5+ years of Experience on Oracle C2M or CC&B; and MDM functional like customer service, billing, OUI framework, integration with MDM, Meter data management, OU framework, integration with CC&B;
n 2. Sound knowledge in modules like billing, payments, meter read and meter management, credit and collections, case management, move-in move out, new connections etc.
n 3. Experience in Config tool such as BO, MO, UI Map, Business script, Service Script, BPA script, Zones and Portals
n 4. Knowledge of C2M/CCB/MDM batches, algorithms and plug in points
n 5. Experience in Solution Design and support Positive communication Skills
n Good To Have:
n 1. Functional Knowledge on utility industry
n 2. Experience on managing Commercial and Industrial utility customers Stakeholder Management
n Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role:
n 1 Oracle C2M/ CC&B; and MDM Solution Design, development and support
n 2 Testing execution
n 3 Stakeholder Management
