n Synergy Marine Group is looking for an experienced QHSE Superintendent to strengthen our tanker fleet operations.
n
n Eligibility:
n ✅ Master (FG) Certificate of Competency
n ✅ Sailed as Master on ocean-going vessels
n ✅ Tanker vessel experience is mandatory
n
n Key Responsibilities:
n n Lead Management of Change (MOC) activities for vessel takeovers and handovers.
n Conduct internal ship and office audits and drive corrective actions.
n Review risk assessments, hot work proposals, and safety-related reports.
n Support ISM, ISPS, TMSA compliance and documentation.
n Analyze Near Miss, LARP, and QHSE performance trends.
n Coordinate fleet-wide QHSE campaigns and security updates.
n n
