n Key Responsibility
n n Plan and achieve monthly revenue targets for sales for Architectural & Façade lighting products
n Prepare, Monitor and deliver presentation on facade & architectural lighting to Architects, Govt. Officials, Builders
n Ensure price management for entire portfolio in line with prevailing market operations for Architectural & Façade lighting solutions based on Technical / Stakeholder / Site and design requirements
n Facilitate in tender document preparation, internal document creation and maintain accurate records for projects related relevant information
n Managing active project's progress and providing support for successful completion
n Organize and conduct contractor meetings to enhance product knowledge and foster relationships
n Maintain brand hygiene and ensure compliance with company pricing and promotional guidelines
n Initiate and support Marcom activities and promotional events to enhance brand awareness.
n Monitor and report on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activities to adjust strategies as needed
n Collaborate with internal teams to address any product-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction
n Implement promotional activities and local events to increase product visibility and market penetration
n Educate dealers and key decision-makers about Jaquar's product range, USPs, and benefits.

n n Education & Experience
n n Education: Graduate in any field; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus
n Experience: 11 to 15 years of experience in the building materials industry, with a focus on sales and network expansion
n Skills:

n Strong relationship-building and networking abilities
n Proficient in conducting effective product training and workshops
n Analytical skills for tracking sales performance and network productivity
