ABOUT THE ROLE:

The role of an Optometrist at Specsmakers is different from competing brands and is not limited to only eye check-ups but also includes sales as a critical deliverable. He/she plays a key role in delivering technical expertise through eye-checks, dispensing, and diagnosis as well as selling products, executing stocktakes and SOPs to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform accurate eye check-ups and vision correction.

To consult customers on choosing the right pair of eyeglasses To assist customers in providing the right pair of frames and lenses.

To assist customers in selecting and wearing contact lenses.

To perform sales and have the ability to achieve targets at the store.

To handle customer complaints and solve the issues with their vision problem.

To manage the SOP at the stores and to be a part of the store operations.

REQUIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Interested in retail and customer facing jobs.





Interested in sales and solving customer issues.

Interested in growing in the organization through achievement in targets and sales.

Should be a team player and willingness to perform under any circumstances.

Should be a hustler and a go better with outstanding positive attitude.

Should be a multitasking person

Should have great communication and presentation skills.

Store Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensuring that all customers are given the best in customer service

Assisting the customers in selecting eyeglasses and sunglasses

Working with the store team in assisting them in achieving the store targets

Working along with the team members and the store manager in following the store SOPs

Ensuring customer queries are handled and escalated and solved at the store level.

Performing follow-up calls with customers on feedback and ensuring a higher NPS for the store.

Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.

Responsible for achieving the monthly and annual sales targets as planned.

Follow-up on customer enquiries every day and make sure marketing SMS blasts are sent as per management direction.

Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times).

The candidate must be Graduate with pleasant personality and good communication skills, Must be fluent in English.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.

Greeting customers and find out the needs.
