We have an urgent requirement for a Solar Sales Manager – PM Surya Ghar for customer acquisition, lead conversion, customer liaison, registration, and coordination from customer registration to solar system installation under the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana.

Position: Solar Sales Manager – PM Surya Ghar

Job Type: Full time

Location: Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

Experience: Relevant Solar Sales experience preferred

Key Responsibilities

Generate and convert solar sales leads.

Conduct telecalling and follow-ups with potential customers.

Explain rooftop solar solutions and the PM Surya Ghar Yojana process to customers.

Assist customers with registration and documentation.

Coordinate customer liaison activities throughout the project.

Maintain lead, customer, and follow-up records.

Coordinate with the sales, technical, and field installation teams.

Follow up with customers from lead generation → registration → site survey → installation → commissioning.

Support customer queries and ensure a smooth customer experience.





Achieve monthly sales and lead-conversion targets.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: Graduate; Commerce background preferred.

Communication: Good Hindi communication and basic English.

Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge, Excel, WhatsApp, email, and customer data management.

Good customer-handling and follow-up skills.

Solar sales experience will be preferred.

Candidates with experience in rooftop solar / PM Surya Ghar / solar sales will be given preference.

Compensation

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month and attractive performance-based incentives, depending on experience, skills, and sales performance.
