We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Software Sales and Support Executive to drive our lead generation efforts for our ERP product. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out online to potential clients, providing a basic overview of our product, and setting up qualified demos for the product specialists.
Role & responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling.
- Pitch basic features and advantages of the ERP product.
- Schedule product demos with potential clients.
- Update and manage lead data in CRM.
- Conduct daily follow-ups with leads and prospects.
- Provide product support to existing clients.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors degree (mandatory).
- 0-2 years of experience in inside sales.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, Kannada, or Tamil (Both English & Hindi mandatory).
