n Location: Patparganj, East Delhi (No Relocation – Candidates based in Delhi/NCR preferred)
n Experience: 5–8 Years
n CTC: ₹12–15 LPA

n We're looking for a passionate Textile Design Lead to join a leading Luxury Fashion Brand .
n
n Key Responsibilities:
n ✨ Lead textile research, development, and material innovation.
n ✨ Develop woven fabrics, surface techniques, and textile concepts.
n ✨ Collaborate with mills, weavers, dyeing units, and artisan clusters.
n ✨ Manage textile sampling, approvals, archives, and vendor relationships.
n ✨ Partner with Design and Production teams to ensure quality and timely execution.
n ✨ Drive fabric development from concept to production while maintaining the brand's aesthetic.
n
n Ideal Candidate:
n ✔ 5–8 years of experience in Textile Design & Development.
n ✔ Robust expertise in weaving,



fabric construction, yarns, textile development, and surface techniques.
n ✔ Experience with premium/luxury fashion brands, textile-led organizations, or artisan-focused businesses.
n ✔ Deep understanding of Indian textiles, handlooms, natural fibres, and craft processes.
n ✔ NID preferred; candidates from NIFT (Textiles), MSU Baroda, or Srishti are also welcome.
n ✔ Candidates should be based in Delhi/NCR. No relocation will be considered.
