Job Description Overview
n We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible AutoCAD Drafter & Project Coordinator who can handle not only technical drawings but also oversee day-to-day project-related work.
n Key Responsibilities
n - Prepare accurate 2D/3D AutoCAD drawings for civil, plumbing, electrical, and architectural requirements.
n - Coordinate and follow up on overall project activities, not limited to drafting.
n - Manage project documents, drawings, revisions, measurements, quantities, and records.
n - Work confidently with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Drive).
n - Coordinate with engineers, designers, vendors, contractors, and other teams.
n - Track deadlines, pending tasks, and project progress to ensure timely completion.
n - Review all work carefully and maintain high accuracy and precision in drawings, documents, measurements, and project details.
n - Take ownership of tasks, identify issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day project execution.
n Required Skills
n - Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
n -AutoCAD, Technical Drawing, Documentation, MS Office, Google Sheets,



Project Coordination, Accuracy, Communication & Multitasking.
n - Robust knowledge of technical drafting principles and standards.
n - Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
n - Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
n - Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
n - Strong problem-solving ability.
n - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
n - Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
n - Ability to coordinate effectively with different teams and vendors.
n Preferred Qualifications
n * Minimum 5 - 10 year of relevant experience in AutoCAD drafting/project coordination.
n * Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.
n * Experience working with civil, electrical, plumbing, architectural, or interior projects.
n * Knowledge of additional CAD/design software is an advantage.
n * Previous experience in project coordination or site coordination will be preferred.
