About the Role
We're looking for a Social Media Strategist to build and grow our presence across platforms, translating our clinical and academic work into content that educates, engages and builds trust with our audience — students, professionals, and the wider mental-health community.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute a monthly social media content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube
- Grow engagement and following across platforms with a consistent brand voice
- Collaborate with faculty and clinicians to translate clinical/academic content into accessible social posts
- Track performance metrics and adjust strategy based on data
- Plan and promote course launches, workshops, conferences and events
- Coordinate with the content creator and design resources for post production
- Stay current on mental-health and ed-tech social trends
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn algorithms and best practices
- Excellent written communication skills
- Experience with scheduling and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or similar)
- Sensitivity and discretion when handling mental-health-related content
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
