Social Media Specialist

About the role

LV8 Tech is looking for a Social Media Specialist to bring our new content strategy to life across every platform. You'll own a daily posting schedule, produce a mix of static and video content, and keep our messaging consistent, timely, and accurate — especially across our health-tech work, where precision matters.

This role sits at the centre of our marketing for both our own brands and our clients. You'll take content from idea to publication, work with our technical teams to get the subject matter right, and own platform access and account administration so campaigns ship on time.

This is a hybrid role based out of our Noida office. Relocating from another city? Relocation support is provided.

What you'll do

- Execute a daily publishing schedule of two static posts and one video across all platforms
- Build and maintain a repository of video content the team can draw on
- Publish in multiple formats — feed posts, reels, stories — to maximise reach with both followers and non-followers
- Partner with team leadership to review and approve content topics and messaging
- Own account access and administration across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook/Meta Ads Manager
- Turn around content updates, edits,



and removals quickly when the team needs them
- Track performance and report on what's working, what isn't, and what to try next

What we're looking for

- 1–3 years of hands-on social media management experience, in-house or at an agency
- A portfolio of content you've shot, edited, and published — particularly short-form video
- Working knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Meta Business Suite, including account roles and permissions
- Comfort with editing and design tools such as CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Premiere
- Strong written English and a sharp eye for detail
- Ability to juggle multiple brands and deadlines without dropping quality
- Willingness to work from our Noida office on scheduled days — relocation support available

Nice to have

- Experience marketing health-tech, healthcare, or another regulated category
- Paid social experience (boosting, basic campaign setup in Meta Ads Manager)
- Basic motion graphics or design skills

What we offer

- Salary: Rs 60,000 Per Month
