We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can take ownership of social media accounts—from strategy and content planning to creator collaborations and execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies for e-commerce & D2C brands
- Manage Instagram and other social media platforms
- Create monthly content calendars and content strategies
- Plan and execute Reels, carousels, static posts, Stories and UGC content
- Research trends, competitors and content opportunities
- Coordinate with designers, video editors and internal teams for content execution
- Identify, approach and coordinate with Instagram creators & influencers
- Maintain strong relationships with Jaipur-based creators
- Plan and execute barter collaborations and influencer campaigns
- Coordinate creator shoots and ensure timely content delivery
- Prepare creator briefs and manage creator deliverables
- Coordinate with creators for revisions and approvals
- Analyse social media performance and optimise content based on insights
- Track reach, engagement, followers, website traffic and other relevant KPIs
- Manage client communication, feedback and approvals
- Handle multiple brand accounts while maintaining timelines and quality

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in social media management
- Experience working with e-commerce/D2C brands
- Must have an existing network of Jaipur-based creators/influencers




- Hands-on experience with barter collaborations
- Strong understanding of Instagram, especially Reels, UGC and creator marketing
- Good knowledge of current Instagram trends and content formats
- Understanding of social media analytics and performance
- Strong communication and client-handling skills
- Creative, proactive and execution-oriented
- Ability to independently manage content calendars and deadlines
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced digital agency environment

You should be able to:

Understand the brand → Build the content strategy → Plan the content → Find the right creators → Get the content produced → Execute → Analyse → Improve.

Your creator network in Jaipur is an significant part of this role. You should be comfortable reaching out to creators, negotiating collaborations, managing barter deals and getting Reels/content produced on time.
