Job Summary

KKSK Group is looking for a hands-on Social Media Manager & Content Creator to manage content across multiple brands and businesses within the group.

The role will cover both B2B businesses and consumer-facing brands, including leather manufacturing, leather goods, fashion and lifestyle brands.

This is not purely a social media posting role. The candidate must be comfortable personally creating content through photography, videography, reels, editing and on-location shoots.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage social media accounts for multiple KKSK Group brands.
- Plan monthly and weekly social media content calendars.
- Create content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
- Handle both B2B corporate content and B2C brand content.
- Photograph products, manufacturing processes, factories, people, events and lifestyle content.
- Shoot high-quality product and brand videos using cameras and smartphones.
- Create Reels, short-form videos, product videos and behind-the-scenes content.
- Edit photographs and videos for social media and digital marketing.
- Develop concepts, scripts, shot lists and content ideas for different brands.
- Coordinate product photography and lifestyle shoots.
- Create clean product photographs suitable for websites, catalogues and e-commerce.
- Cover factory visits, exhibitions, customer visits, launches and company events when required.
- Write basic captions and assist with brand storytelling.
- Maintain consistent visual identity and communication for each individual brand.




- Understand that every brand may require a different tone, customer profile and visual style.
- Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, product development and management teams.
- Coordinate with external branding, advertising and digital marketing agencies where required.
- Organise and maintain the company’s photo and video content library.
- Track social media performance and identify which content formats perform best.
- Follow current social media formats, editing styles and content trends.
- Support paid advertising teams by producing suitable photographs, videos and creative assets.
- Assist with website, marketplace, catalogue and campaign content when required.

- Basic audio recording and editing

Skills Required
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Good photography and videography skills.
- Strong visual sense and composition.




- Ability to shoot and edit content independently.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, CapCut or similar tools.
- Ability to create professional content quickly without depending entirely on external agencies.
- Basic understanding of branding and digital marketing.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and assignments simultaneously.
- Organised approach to content planning and file management.
- Willingness to travel between KKSK Group locations and attend shoots when required.

Preferred Candidate
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in social media, content creation, photography or videography.
- Experience working with fashion, leather goods, footwear, lifestyle, manufacturing or consumer brands would be an advantage.
- Candidates with experience managing content for multiple brands will be preferred.
- A portfolio of photography, videos, Reels or social media work is strongly preferred.

- Planning a social media campaign.
- Shooting a product.
- Visiting a factory and creating industrial content.
- Filming a Reel.
- Editing the footage.
- Publishing the content.
- Coordinating with the brand or marketing team.

The position will work across KKSK Group’s existing B2B businesses, consumer brands and new brands launched by the group in the future. Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
