- Influencer Marketing: Assist in identifying, onboarding, and coordinating with lifestyle and wellness influencers. Support end-to-end campaign execution and track deliverables and performance metrics.

- Social Media Insights: Monitor and interpret analytics across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms to evaluate content performance, reach, engagement, and audience growth.

- Content Creation: Actively participate in ideating, scripting, and shooting short-form video content and reels. Must be comfortable both behind and in front of the camera.

- Marketing & Audience: Apply foundational marketing knowledge to align content with Blue Tea’s target audience – health-conscious, lifestyle-driven consumers across India and globally.

- Content Planning: Help maintain a consistent content calendar across all platforms in sync with product launches and seasonal campaigns.

- Brand Consistency: Ensure all posts, stories, and campaigns reflect Blue Tea’s brand voice, visual identity, and values consistently.
