Role Description The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations and ensuring design and construction activities align with Grèce’s quality and luxury standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The position involves coordinating with architects, designers, contractors, and vendors; monitoring work progress; enforcing safety and compliance standards; and ensuring that materials, finishes, and workmanship meet project specifications.

The Site

Supervisor will manage site schedules, track milestones, resolve on-site issues, and report regularly on project status to leadership.



The role also requires maintaining clear documentation, supervising site teams, and supporting timely, cost-effective delivery of projects.

Qualifications

- Strong site supervision and construction management skills, including coordination of contractors and daily on-site activities.
- Experience working with architectural drawings, interior design specifications, and quality control of finishes and materials.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, compliance standards, and basic local building codes relevant to luxury residential, hospitality, or commercial projects.
- Effective communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and guide in office personnel.
- Proficiency in basic project documentation, reporting, and use of productivity tools or project management software.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and solve practical problems within tight deadlines.
- Prior experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in architecture, interior design, or construction, preferably in premium or luxury projects.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
