- B.Tech/B.E. in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of mandatory experience in Suburban Railway or Metro project execution/implementation, or
- Diploma in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 8 years of mandatory experience in Suburban Railway or Metro project implementation.
