Job Summary

We are looking for a Site Engineer (Telecom) to supervise and coordinate telecom site activities, ensuring timely project execution, quality, safety, and compliance with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise telecom installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities at sites.
- Coordinate with technicians, riggers, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, and client standards.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor work quality.
- Prepare and submit site reports, progress updates, photographs, and required documentation.
- Coordinate with clients and other stakeholders for site access and work completion.
- Monitor material requirements and ensure proper utilization at site.
- Identify and resolve site-level technical and operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, PPE requirements, and work permits.




- Track daily productivity and ensure timely completion of assigned targets.
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities when required.

Requirements
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Telecommunication, Electronics, Electrical, Civil, or related engineering field.
- 1–2 years of experience in telecom/site operations is preferred.
- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also apply.
- Basic knowledge of telecom infrastructure, BTS, antennas, transmission, or related systems is an advantage.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel.
- Willingness to travel and work at telecom project sites.

Salary: As per company standards and candidate experience. Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
