n The will manage core bookkeeping, financial reporting, and accounting operations for U.S. clients. This role requires strong software proficiency, analytical capability, and client coordination skills.

n • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks / Xero
n • Prepare, review, and maintain accurate financial reports
n • Handle AP/AR processes, vendor coordination, and client invoicing
n • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations and support month-end closing
n • Coordinate with clients for daily accounting requirements and documentation
n
n :
n • 1–4 years of accounting experience (U.S. accounting preferred)
n • Working knowledge of QuickBooks / Xero
n • Strong Excel and analytical skills
n • Effective communication skills for client coordination
n • Ability to work in U.S. shift timings
