n We are looking for experienced GDS Travel Consultants with strong expertise in airline reservations, ticketing, and travel operations.
n Key Requirements:
n ✅ 2+ years of experience in Travel Operations, Ticketing, or Travel Support
n ✅ Hands-on experience with Amadeus (Preferred) or Sabre
n ✅ Strong knowledge of:
n Flight Bookings & Reservations
n PNR Creation & Management
n Ticketing
n Refunds & Cancellations
n Reissues & Exchanges
n Fare Rules & Itinerary Management
n ✅ Experience in TMC (Travel Management Company) or B2B Travel Support
n ✅ Excellent communication and customer service skills
n ✅ Comfortable working in a 24x7 shift environment
