Job Description Hiring: Associate | Capital Markets Operations
n We are hiring an Associate to join a growing capital markets operations team. This role is ideal for professionals with 2 to 5 years of experience in IPOs, corporate actions, registrar & transfer operations, or capital market services.
n Location: Mumbai
n Experience: 2-5 Years
n Qualification: Graduate
n Key Responsibilities
n n Coordinate with corporates, banks, depositories, Book Running Lead Managers (BRLMs), and stock exchanges.
n Prepare and share transaction-related drafts and documentation with clients before execution.
n Maintain accurate client records and ensure complete documentation for processing.
n Update client information and corporate action events in internal systems.
n Resolve client queries in a timely and professional manner.
n Process allotment-related activities with accuracy.




n Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely execution of transactions.
n n Required Skills
n n Strong written and verbal communication skills.
n Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
n Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
n Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
n Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
n n Eligibility
n n Graduate in any discipline.
n 2-5 years of relevant experience in capital market operations or related functions.
