n n Minimum 5 years of overall experience in Insurance Sales.
n At least 2 years of experience in leading and managing field sales teams.
n Strong understanding of General Insurance products and sales processes.
n Experience in team handling, business development, and target achievement.
n Prior experience in agency, direct sales, or distribution channels will be preferred.
n Marathi (spoken and written) is mandatory.
n n Key Responsibilities
n n Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of field sales executives/advisors.
n Drive team performance to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
n Conduct regular coaching sessions, training programs, and performance reviews.
n Monitor daily sales activities and ensure effective execution of sales strategies.
n Support team members in lead generation, client acquisition,



and relationship management.
n Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
n Identify new business opportunities and contribute to market expansion in Solapur and nearby areas.
n Track team productivity and ensure adherence to company policies and compliance requirements.
n Prepare and share regular sales performance reports with management.
