n n Product Promotion: Assist customers telephonically regarding a diverse range of insurance and financial products.
n Sales Execution: Understand customer requirements accurately to close sales cycles successfully.
n Target Management: Meet and exceed assigned monthly sales targets with efficiency.
n Internal Coordination:
Respond promptly to all internal communications and maintain precise pipeline logs.

n n Inquiry Handling: Respond professionally to incoming customer inquiries via phone channels.
n Issue Resolution: Provide end-to-end support to resolve customer grievances and queries efficiently.

n n Candidate Profile & Qualifications
n n Minimum Education: Intermediate (10+2 passed) or equivalent qualification. Graduate degrees are preferred.
n Experience Level: 0 to 2 years of experience. Prior experience in sales or customer support is advantageous but not mandatory.
