The Role in Detail

Assistant Professor / Associate Professor of Law.



The successful candidates will deliver high-quality teaching, conduct impactful research, and contribute to the vibrant academic community at BITS Law School.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Design and deliver comprehensive course modules, leveraging innovative teaching methods.
2. Maintain an active research profile, publishing in high-impact, peer-reviewed journals.
3. Contribute to curriculum development, student mentoring and administrative committees.

EXPERIENCE | SKILLS

Prior teaching experience, or significant practice experience in the relevant field — litigation, law firms or research — is highly preferred.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

1. LL.M. from a prestigious University in India or abroad.
2. PhD in Law completed, or currently being pursued at a reputed university in India or abroad.
