We are looking for a Site Engineer to manage and supervise residential construction projects from foundation to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at site.
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications and standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, labour teams and material suppliers.
- Monitor quality of civil, masonry, plastering, tiling, waterproofing and finishing works.
- Check quantities, materials and workmanship.
- Maintain daily site reports, measurements and work progress.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers and clients when required.
- Ensure project schedules and milestones are achieved.
- Identify site issues and provide practical engineering solutions.
- Maintain safety and proper housekeeping at the site.
Requirements
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Good knowledge of residential construction.
- Ability to read architectural and structural drawings.
- Good communication and site coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD preferred.
- Strong responsibility, discipline and problem-solving attitude.
