Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused skilled to drive showroom sales while ensuring a seamless and inspiring in-store experience. This role combines sales excellence, client relationship management, and day-to-day showroom coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience
- Welcome and assist customers, understanding their needs and design preferences
- Provide personalized product recommendations aligned with budget and aesthetics
- Offer styling and décor guidance to enhance customer decision-making
- Ensure a warm, professional, and premium showroom experience
Sales & Business Development
- Drive sales across furniture, décor, lighting, textiles, and accessories
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Stay updated on product knowledge, collections, and design trends
Showroom Operations
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and overall showroom presentation
- Assist in styling displays and highlighting new collections
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the showroom
Client Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with customers
- Follow up on leads and closed sales
- Encourage repeat business and referrals
Administrative & Coordination
- Prepare sales orders, invoices, and delivery schedules
- Maintain customer records and documentation
- Inventory checks and goods receiving
- Assist in basic reporting and daily sales tracking
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in a premium retail / interior décor / furniture showroom
- Strong sales and customer service orientation
- Excellent communication skills (English required; Kannada/Malayalam a plus)
- Passion for interior design and styling
- Ability to multitask and take ownership
