Role Responsibilities

1. ServiceNow Developer

- Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications
- Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, integrations, and custom applications
- Build and customize Service Portal
- Develop APIs and integrations with enterprise systems
- Optimize platform performance

1. ServiceNow Administrator

- Platform administration and instance management
- User, role, and access management
- Configure forms, catalogs, workflows, reports, and dashboards
- Platform upgrades and patch management
- Monitor platform health and governance

1. ServiceNow Business Analyst

- Gather and analyze business requirements
- Translate requirements into ServiceNow solutions
- Prepare functional specifications




- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams
- Support testing, UAT, and documentation

1. ServiceNow Architect

- Define platform architecture and solution design
- Drive enterprise-level implementations
- Establish platform governance and best practices
- Design scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions
- Guide technical teams across implementation lifecycle

Required Qualifications

- Relevant experience in the ServiceNow ecosystem
- Strong understanding of workflows, automation, and enterprise service management
- Hands-on experience in at least one major ServiceNow module
- Exposure to AI-driven platforms, Moveworks, or ServiceNow AI capabilities is an added advantage
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Mandatory Requirement At least one active ServiceNow Certification is mandatory.

- CTA (Preferred for Architect roles)
