About the Role

Noki Technologies is looking for a Service Manager to lead installation, maintenance, and technical support for our laboratory and radiopharmaceutical QC instrumentation portfolio including HPLC/Radio-HPLC systems, MCAs, dose calibrators, survey meters, and related nuclear instrumentation supplied to institutions such as NPCIL, BARC, DRDO, Tata Memorial Centre, and hospital nuclear medicine departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end service operations: installation, calibration, preventive maintenance, and breakdown support for lab and radiation instrumentation
- Diagnose and resolve instrument-level faults (electronic, mechanical, detector/PMT, HV, signal chain) across the installed base
- Serve as primary technical liaison with European OEM partners for spares, escalations, training, and warranty claims
- Own service documentation and compliance: calibration certificates, service reports, AMC/CMC records, and audit trails per ISO 9001/13485 and AERB requirements
- Build and manage a field service team; define SOPs, spares inventory, and response-time SLAs
- Support customer audits/inspections (NPCIL, BARC, hospital QA) with service history and compliance records




- Feed field failure data back to R&D;/engineering for design improvement
- Manage AMC/CMC contract renewals and service revenue targets

Mandatory Requirements

- 8+ years in service/technical support for laboratory analytical instruments (HPLC, GC, spectrometers, or radiopharmaceutical QC equipment)
- Demonstrated prior working experience with a European OEM (either employed by one, or as their authorized service partner in India) — non-negotiable
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001/13485 quality processes and calibration/documentation standards
- Solid troubleshooting skills at component/sub-system level (electronics, HV, PMT/detector chains a plus)
- Willingness to travel extensively across India

Preferred

- Exposure to nuclear/radiopharmaceutical industry (AERB regulatory environment, radiation safety protocols)
- Experience with dose calibrators, MCAs, or radio-HPLC systems specifically
- Team management experience (leading field service engineers)
