Job Summary The Senior Service Engineer will be responsible for installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and after-sales support of Lithium-ion battery testing and manufacturing equipment across India. The role requires strong technical expertise, customer handling skills, and the ability to independently manage site activities while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Installation, commissioning and validation of Lithium-ion battery testing and manufacturing equipment.




- Diagnose electrical, mechanical and software-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance at customer locations.
- Provide customer training on equipment operation, maintenance and safety.
- Coordinate with internal engineering, production and application teams for technical support.
- Prepare installation reports, service reports and machine health reports.
- Support FAT/SAT activities and machine acceptance.
- Ensure service calls are closed within defined TAT.
- Recommend equipment upgrades, AMC, calibration and spare parts to customers.
- Maintain service records through CRM/FSM software.
- Travel extensively across India for customer support.

Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering.
- 1-2 years of experience in industrial equipment servicing.
- Experience in Lithium-ion battery equipment, automation, testing systems or industrial machinery is preferred.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel extensively across India
- Valid driving license

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
