We are looking for a B2B Service Delivery & Vendor Operations Specialist to support end-to-end service delivery across customers, vendors and internal teams.

This is a hands-on operational role combining customer support, vendor coordination, service delivery, issue resolution and process improvement .

You'll help ensure services are delivered smoothly, operational issues are resolved effectively, and customers receive a consistent, high-quality experience.

What You'll Do

- Support customer onboarding, service setup, training and ongoing operational support.
- Manage service requests, customer follow-ups and issue resolution.
- Coordinate equipment updates, ticket management and workflow tracking.
- Work with vendors and internal teams to troubleshoot operational and technical issues.
- Support vendor performance and service fulfilment.
- Coordinate inventory-related activities and operational requirements.
- Maintain reports, action logs, SOPs and process documentation.
- Monitor operational data and identify improvement opportunities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.




- Contribute to continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.

What We're Looking For ✔ 2–5 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:

- Service Delivery
- Operations
- Customer Support
- Technical Support
- Vendor Management

✔ Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems or a related field . ✔ Experience managing service requests, operational issues and stakeholder follow-ups.

✔ Robust organizational, analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

✔ Experience creating or maintaining SOPs, workflows and process documentation .

✔ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

✔ Proficiency with Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint .

✔ Continuous improvement and process optimization mindset.

Nice to Have

⭐ Experience working directly with vendors or external service providers .

⭐ B2B customer operations experience.

⭐ Experience with ticketing or service management workflows.

⭐ Exposure to inventory or equipment management.
