Role & responsibilities

1. Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research to identify high-potential keywords for website content and understand user intent.

2. Content Optimization: Assist in optimizing website content, including titles, meta descriptions, headers, and images, to improve search engine rankings.

3. On-Page SEO Audits: Perform on-page SEO audits to identify areas for improvement in site structure, internal linking, and content relevance.

4. Competitive Analysis: Analyze competitor websites to find opportunities for content and SEO strategies that could improve rankings.

5. Backlink Building: Participate in backlink outreach activities, including researching and contacting relevant websites for link-building opportunities.

6. Performance Monitoring: Use tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console to track keyword rankings, traffic, and other SEO KPIs.

7. Technical SEO Support: Assist in identifying and addressing technical SEO issues like page speed, mobile responsiveness, and URL structure.

8. Content Creation Support: Work with content teams to produce SEO-friendly content, including blogs, articles, and website copy.

9. Report Generation: Prepare regular SEO performance reports for tracking progress and effectiveness of strategies.

10. Stay Updated with SEO Trends:



Research and stay updated on the latest SEO trends and best practices to continuously improve skills and bring fresh ideas.

11. Collaboration with Teams: Coordinate with marketing, design, and development teams to implement SEO strategies and ensure alignment with business goals.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Digital Marketing Certification: Candidates must have completed a digital marketing course and possess a valid certification.

2. Understanding of On-Page SEO: Basic knowledge of on-page SEO activities, including content optimization, keyword placement, meta tags, and internal linking, is required.

3. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze website data and interpret insights using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

4. Basic SEO Tools Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz is a plus.

5. Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all aspects of SEO tasks.

6. Willingness to Learn: Eagerness to expand knowledge in SEO and stay updated with industry trends.

7. Commitment to Duration: Willing to commit to a 6-month internship period.
