Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and skilled Senior Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer with 2 - 3 years of professional experience in video editing, motion graphics, animation, and visual storytelling. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, pacing, transitions, typography, and visual effects, along with the ability to create engaging content for social media, digital campaigns, promotional videos, corporate communication, and brand marketing.

The candidate should also be comfortable using AI-powered creative tools to improve productivity, generate ideas, and enhance video production workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit high-quality videos for social media, advertisements, promotional campaigns, corporate videos, reels, and digital platforms.
- Create engaging motion graphics, animated typography, transitions, visual effects, and logo animations.
- Convert scripts, concepts, and storyboards into visually compelling video content.
- Handle complete video post-production, including editing, colour correction, sound synchronization, transitions, effects, and final exports.
- Create short-form content such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, and campaign videos.
- Design supporting graphic elements, thumbnails, title cards, lower thirds, and other visual assets.
- Maintain consistency with the organisations brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Work closely with content writers, graphic designers, digital marketing teams, and other stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Research and implement current video editing, motion graphics, and social media trends.
- Use AI tools for creative ideation, image/video generation, enhancement, workflow automation, and faster content production.
- Organise project files, footage, templates, audio assets, and other creative resources efficiently.

Required Skills





- Strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
- Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator
- Experience with AI-powered creative tools for video, image, audio, or content generation
- Strong understanding of motion graphics, animation principles, typography, composition, and visual storytelling
- Good knowledge of video formats, aspect ratios, codecs, and export settings for different digital platforms
- Understanding of colour correction, sound design, transitions, and visual effects
- Ability to independently take a project from concept to final output
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

- Experience creating videos for digital marketing and social media campaigns
- Understanding of current trends in Reels, Shorts, and social-first video content
- Basic understanding of storyboarding and script visualization
- Ability to create clean and professional 2D motion graphics
- Experience using AI tools to speed up video production and creative workflows
- Strong portfolio showcasing video editing and motion graphics projects

Qualification

- Bachelors degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, Film Production, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
- Candidates with a strong portfolio and relevant professional experience will also be considered.

Experience 2 - 3 years of relevant skilled experience in Video Editing and Motion Graphics Design.
