Job Title - Senior UI Engineer

Location - Bangalore, India work Mode - Onsite (Mon-Fri, 5 days)

About the Role

InRhythm is looking for a Senior UI Engineer with 7+ years of experience in frontend development, with strong expertise in React.js and TypeScript. The ideal candidate will have enterprise-level experience building scalable, high-performance, and maintainable frontend applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement scalable, enterprise-grade frontend architectures using React.js and TypeScript.
- Build functional, reliable, and user-focused platforms that meet business and technical requirements.
- Establish and enforce transparent frontend architecture and development patterns focused on code readability, reusability, maintainability, and scalability.
- Develop high-quality, reusable React components and frontend modules.
- Identify and address frontend performance bottlenecks, with a strong focus on performance optimization and user experience.
- Work with modern frontend build tools and development workflows to optimize application build and deployment performance.
- Proactively identify, manage, and resolve technical debt and code quality issues across frontend applications.
- Write and maintain unit, integration, and frontend tests to ensure application reliability.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, backend engineers,



and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Participate in technical discussions, architecture decisions, code reviews, and engineering best practices.

Required Qualifications

- 7+ years of professional experience with JavaScript.
- 5+ years of professional experience with TypeScript.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with React.js.
- Strong understanding of modern frontend architecture and scalable application design.
- Experience building and maintaining enterprise-level frontend applications.
- Strong understanding of frontend performance optimization and browser performance.
- Good knowledge of modern frontend build tooling and development practices.
- Strong understanding of reusable component design, clean code, and frontend best practices.
- Experience identifying and resolving technical debt, performance issues, and code quality challenges.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with modern React ecosystem and state management solutions.
- Experience with frontend testing frameworks and automated testing practices.
- Familiarity with CI/CD and modern software development workflows.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to frontend technical standards and architecture decisions.
