— Senior Travel Consultant – Holiday Packages

Jetexfly Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Travel Consultant – Holiday Packages to join our growing team in Kozhikode.

The ideal candidate should have 2–3+ years of relevant experience in the Travel & Tourism industry, with strong expertise in handling holiday package enquiries, preparing customized itineraries, converting leads into bookings, and managing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle domestic and international holiday package enquiries.
- Understand customer requirements, budget and travel preferences.
- Design and customize suitable holiday packages and itineraries.
- Prepare quotations and present travel options professionally.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate hotels, transportation, sightseeing and other travel services.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and travel partners.
- Handle customer queries and provide support before, during and after the trip.
- Maintain proper records of enquiries, follow-ups and bookings.
- Stay updated with destinations, hotels, travel products and current tourism trends.

Requirements
- 2–3+ years of experience in Travel & Tourism, Holiday Packages or Travel Sales.




- Strong knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
- Proven experience in selling holiday packages and converting leads.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Strong sales and follow-up abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Ability to prepare customized tour packages and quotations.
- Good knowledge of hotels, transportation and sightseeing arrangements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in international holiday packages, B2C/B2B travel sales, hotel bookings, flight bookings and high-value travel enquiries will be preferred.
