Role & responsibilities

- Support development and rollout of category-led customer marketing programs across all channels aligned to annual category priorities

- Create and standardize program frameworks and toolkits, including:

1. POSM / visibility toolkits
2. activation guidelines and SOPs
3. channel-wise customization playbooks
4. tracking formats and scorecards

- Coordinate with regional teams to drive effective rollout and adherence, ensuring:

1. timely communication and readiness
2. channel-wise execution alignment
3. closure of gaps identified during rollouts

- Drive cross-functional coordination with:

1. Sales teams for execution alignment

2. Supply chain for product readiness and availability

3. Finance for spend utilization and documentation governance

4. Brand team for messaging consistency (where applicable)

- Track, analyze and report program performance using KPIs such as:

1. secondary/primary uplift
2. visibility compliance
3. outlet productivity and activation impact
4. execution scorecards
5. post-activity ROI / learnings





- Maintain program dashboards and consolidate regional learnings into best practices

- Monitor competitor activities and market trends across channels and recommend improvement areas

- Support capability building by contributing to training modules and conducting sessions for internal teams as needed

- Ensure process discipline and documentation readiness for claims, spends and audits

Preferred candidate profile

- 5-6 years of experience with minimum 2 years of experience in

trade marketing/customer marketing management

- Must have experience of worked in in Beauty / Skincare category,

with transparent understanding of channel, shopper and category dynamics of cosmetic channel

- Strong understanding of multi-channel trade ecosystem

(GT/MT/SM)

- Proven experience in:

- designing and executing channel programs / activations
- visibility / POSM planning and deployment governance
- coordinating rollout across multiple markets

- KPI tracking and post-campaign analysis
- budget tracking and documentation compliance
