Position Overview The Senior Team Lead (STL)Quality is a critical leadership role focused on maintaining operational excellence, ensuring cluster accuracy, and driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights. This role requires a blend of analytical rigor, compliance management, and the ability to mentor teams through structured training and escalations.

Key Responsibilities
Quality & Compliance Management
- Performance Monitoring: Actively monitor cluster accuracy to ensure all quality metrics meet or exceed organizational standards.
- Audits & Calibration: Conduct regular calibrations and compliance checks to maintain consistency across the quality framework.
- Documentation: Responsible for maintaining and tracking comprehensive records of all Quality Documents to ensure audit readiness.
Operational Leadership & Insights
- Data Analysis:
Publish regular dashboards and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Drive training and refresher sessions to address performance gaps and promote best practices.
- Governance Support: Support the Account Manager (AM) in reporting, governance meetings, and strategic reviews.
Escalation & Problem Solving
- Level-2 Support: Act as the point of contact for handling second-level escalations, ensuring swift and effective resolution of complex issues.
Job Requirements Experience & Qualifications
- Proven Track Record: Minimum of 4+ years of experience in a Quality function.
- Leadership Experience: Must have prior exposure as a Team Lead (TL) or in a similar supervisory capacity.
Shift Flexibility
- Availability: Candidates must demonstrate full shift flexibility and be willing to work across all shifts as required by business needs.
