n • Experience in using ERP software
n • Proven project management experience

n • Strong decision making and time management skills
n • Quick learner who has a desire to grow professionally, identify areas for improvement and take
n initiative
n • Lighting background preferred

n What you’ll be responsible for:
n As a Projects Coordinator, you’ll be managing the day-to-day requirements (internal & external) of the supply of architectural lighting. You will liaise with our design team, product/purchasing team, assembly team and clients including architects and interior designers and the trades (builders and electricians) in a mixture of quoting, sourcing, sometimes creating, converting and managing logistical side of project delivery
n • Be across the details to confidently deliver projects
n • Strong customer service and customer follow ups
n • Take ownership & collaborate internally for project conversion
n • Engage, impress and perfect project delivery
n • Using internal quote/sales software
