Key Responsibilities
- Manage ticket bookings through OTA platforms and online portals.
- Monitor seat availability, fares, schedules, and booking status.
- Handle cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, and customer queries.
- Coordinate with OTA partners and internal operations teams.
- Ensure accurate and timely updating of online inventory.
- Monitor booking discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- Prepare daily booking and revenue reports.
- Support online sales and improve booking performance.
