Job Description Role Overview
n The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end technical implementation, integration, and delivery of Direct Carrier Billing (DCB) platform deployments across telecom operators . The role focuses on execution, integration management, stakeholder coordination, regulatory compliance, and ensuring seamless platform deployment and stabilization.

n Key Responsibilities
n 1. Project Planning & Execution
n n Manage complete lifecycle of DCB platform implementation from requirement gathering to deployment and post-launch support.
n Define project scope, milestones, deliverables, timelines, and resource planning.
n Prepare detailed project plans, execution schedules, and tracking mechanisms.
n Ensure projects are delivered within defined timelines, scope, and quality benchmarks.
n Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.

n 2. Technical Implementation & Integration
n n Lead integration of DCB platform with:
n Telecom operator billing systems
n Charging and payment gateways
n Subscription and consent management systems
n Merchant / content provider platforms
n Coordinate with engineering and product teams to ensure adherence to technical specifications.
n Review API documentation, integration flows, and system architecture requirements.
n Validate end-to-end customer journey including subscription flow, charging flow, and notification mechanisms.

n 3. Stakeholder Coordination
n n Act as the primary implementation interface between telecom operators, technology teams.
n Conduct technical sessions, integration discussions, and requirement alignment sessions.
n Drive regular status meetings, progress reporting, and escalation handling.




n Ensure clear communication between internal and external technical stakeholders.
n n
n 4. Compliance & Governance
n n Ensure implementation aligns with telecom regulatory frameworks and operator technical guidelines.
n Implement consent frameworks, refund handling workflows, and anti-fraud safeguards as per operator policies.
n n
n 5. Testing & Quality Assurance
n n Define and manage UAT plans, test scenarios, and acceptance criteria.
n Coordinate with QA teams and operator technical teams for integration testing.
n Oversee pilot launches and ensure readiness for commercial deployment.
n n
n 6. Deployment & Post-Launch Stabilization
n n Manage go-live execution and production release coordination.
n Monitor platform performance post deployment.
n Handle defect tracking, issue resolution, and change management requests.
n Ensure SLA adherence and operational handover to support teams.
n n
n Required Skills & Competencies
n n Robust understanding of telecom ecosystem and Direct Carrier Billing workflows.
n Knowledge of telecom billing systems, charging gateways, and subscription platforms.
n Experience with API integrations and payment processing architectures.
n Strong project planning, execution, and documentation skills.
n Proficiency in project management methodologies
