Every day, we create and distribute hundreds of creatives across multiple languages, formats, creators, and channels. To make this scale possible, we need someone who can bring structure, speed, and efficiency to our content ecosystem.

As a Content Operations Manager , you will build and manage the systems that power our creative engine. You’ll collaborate closely with strategists, scriptwriters, editors, creators, freelancers, and performance marketers to ensure the right content reaches the right audience, at the right time.

This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of experience who enjoys solving operational challenges, working with creative teams, and building scalable processes in a fast-growing consumer startup.

Own the day-to-day operations of the content team.
Plan and manage creative production calendars.
Coordinate across strategists, scriptwriters, editors, creators, and performance teams.
Track every creative asset from brief to final delivery.
Ensure all assets are properly organized, versioned, and delivered.
Partner with Performance Marketing teams to prioritize high-impact requests.
Help scale content operations across multiple languages and markets.

2–3 years of experience in Content Operations, Creative Operations, Project Management, or Production .
~ Experience with tools like Google Sheets, Notion, Airtable, ClickUp,



Asana , or similar platforms.
~ Bonus Points If You Have

Experience working with performance marketing or creative teams.
Experience managing freelancers or creator networks.
Exposure to multilingual content production.
Basic understanding of video production workflows.
Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude , or similar platforms.
