About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Social Media Executive with 2 year of hands-on experience, ideally from an agency background, to manage and grow social media presence for multiple client brands. If you live and breathe trends, know how to turn a brief into scroll-stopping content, and can read analytics like a second language — we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with client objectives and brand goals.
- Manage day-to-day operations across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter/X — content creation, publishing, and community engagement.
- Create platform-specific content optimized for reach, engagement, and conversion.
- Stay on top of social trends, tools, and platform updates; apply insights to improve performance.
- Track KPIs and performance metrics; turn data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Work closely with clients, designers, and internal teams to ensure brand consistency and timely delivery.

Requirements
- 2 year of social media experience — agency experience strongly preferred.
- Strong grasp of platform algorithms, audience behavior, and content best practices.
- Working knowledge of social media management/analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva,



Google Analytics, etc.).
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
- Analytical mindset — comfortable working with data to guide decisions.
- Solid multitasking and time-management skills; able to juggle multiple client accounts.
- Comfortable with flexible/extended hours during shoots, campaigns, or live events.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Should be based in or able to commute daily to South Delhi.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
