Role & responsibilities

- Manage and guide the field service team handling industrial water treatment systems at customer sites.
- Ensure timely and effective execution of service contracts with focus on safety, quality, cost and customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical guidance for troubleshooting and resolution of service-related issues.




- Act as the key point of contact for customers and coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
- Monitor team utilisation, service performance and timely submission of reports.
- Build strong customer relationships and support identification of additional business opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile

- Degree/Diploma in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, Water Treatment or a related field.
- 57 years of experience in industrial water treatment, including exposure to RO, membranes, ion exchange and related systems.
- 23 years of experience in managing or supervising a field/service team.
- Good technical understanding, customer handling and problem-solving skills.
- Solid communication, planning and team management ability.
- Be willing to travel extensively
