- Design, develop, and implement SAP ABAP programs including reports, interfaces, enhancements, conversions, and forms.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and debugging of ABAP programs.
- Participate in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in SAP ECC systems.
- Maintain and support existing SAP ABAP applications.
- Work closely with business users, functional consultants, and IT teams.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and internal processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of hands-on experience as an SAP ABAP Developer.
- Strong knowledge of ABAP/4, Object-Oriented ABAP.
- Strong experience with SAP GUI and ABAP Workbench.
- Mandatory hands-on experience in Module Pool programming.
- Mandatory knowledge of ABAP Proxy objects (SPROXY) and SAP integrations.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality.
Valuable to Have
- Experience working in SAP ECC AMS / Support environments.
- Knowledge of SAP FS-CM and claims processing.
