Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day salon operations and ensure achievement of monthly sales targets.

- Handle VIP clients and ensure high standards of hospitality and service delivery.
- Lead, train, and manage salon staff performance, productivity, and rostering.
- Manage billing operations, stock control, inventory, and retail sales.
- Maintain salon hygiene, ambience, cleanliness, and overall upkeep.
- Coordinate with other outlet managers and handle administrative communication.
