Job Summary The Monarch Enterprises is looking for an experienced and target-oriented Senior Sales Executive to drive sales, generate new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and achieve assigned revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, a proactive approach, and proven experience in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads and identify potential customers through calls, references, networking, and other sales channels.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to conversion and follow-up.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents when required.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in Excel/CRM.
- Visit clients or attend meetings when required.
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
- Resolve customer queries and ensure a positive customer experience.




- Support the sales team and contribute to overall business growth.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good knowledge of sales and business development processes.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Good follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
- Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

- Professional attitude and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualification

- Graduate in any stream.
- MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 3–6 years of relevant experience in Sales, Business Development, Telesales, B2B Sales, or Customer Relationship Management.
- Candidates with proven sales-target achievement will be preferred.
