n About the Role
n We are looking for a result-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive the Prime Home Loan business across assigned zones in Bengaluru. The role focuses on business delivery, channel development, and team management at a cluster level.
n Key Responsibilities
n n Drive and deliver ₹80–120 Cr annual disbursement targets
n Maintain a consistent monthly run rate of ₹8–12 Cr
n Lead and manage a field sales team (8–15 members)
n Develop and expand sourcing channels including:
n Builder network
n DSAs / connectors
n Direct sourcing
n Build and maintain relationships with builders, brokers, and key channel partners
n Monitor pipeline health, login-to-disbursement conversion, and productivity
n Identify and penetrate high-potential micro-markets in Bengaluru
n Ensure adherence to compliance, credit norms, and internal policies
n n Eligibility Criteria
n n 4–7 years of experience in Home Loan / LAP sales




n Mandatory exposure to Prime segment (₹60L+ ticket size)
n Proven track record of handling ₹80–120 Cr annual disbursement
n Experience in delivering ₹8–12 Cr monthly business volumes
n Demonstrated ability to manage field sales teams (8–15 members)
n Strong existing network of:
n 10–20 active builders
n 50–100 active DSAs / connectors
n Prior experience with Banks / NBFCs preferred
n n Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
n n Annual Disbursement: ₹80–120 Cr
n Monthly Business Run Rate: ₹8–12 Cr
n Average Ticket Size: ₹60L+
n Channel Productivity (Builders / DSAs / Direct)
n Conversion Ratios & TAT efficiency
