- Actively identify and pursue potential customers in the assigned territory, generate leads, conduct product demonstrations and presentations, and convert leads into sales. - Build and nurture robust relationships with existing and potential clients, including contractors, builders, and architects. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly and efficiently, and provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Assist in achieving individual and team sales targets for TMT products (volume and revenue) within the assigned territory. - Coordinate with dealers and distributors, ensuring optimal inventory levels and timely delivery of products. - Prepare and maintain sales reports, customer databases, and assist with other administrative tasks related to sales operations. - Conduct market research to understand customer needs,
analyse competitor activities, and identify emerging industry trends. - Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as supply chain and marketing teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment, promotional activities, and a seamless customer experience.
