n The Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing the Company's day-to-day accounting and finance operations, ensuring accurate financial records, timely reconciliations, statutory compliance, and effective financial reporting. The role will oversee accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, banking, ledger management, month-end closing, MIS reporting, GST and TDS compliance, and audit coordination.
n KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
n n Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, payments, bookkeeping, and ledger management.
n Oversee bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations, ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies.
n Manage month-end closing, MIS reporting, financial statements, and periodic financial reporting.
n Ensure timely and accurate GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory compliances, including coordination with consultants and auditors.
n Review accounting transactions, invoices, supporting documents, and financial records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Company policies.
n Monitor receivables, payables, and cash flow requirements, while coordinating with internal teams, vendors, customers, banks, and other stakeholders.
n Strengthen financial controls and accounting processes, identify process gaps, and support management with financial insights and process improvements.




n n QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
n n Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; CA Inter, CMA, MBA Finance, or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
n 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in Accounting and Finance, preferably with experience in handling or managing accounting operations.
n Strong hands-on experience in general accounting, AP/AR, reconciliations, month-end closing, MIS reporting, GST, and TDS.
n Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally/ERP, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls.
n Experience in startups, e-commerce, logistics, mobility, or service-based industries will be an added advantage, along with robust analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
n n REQUIRED SKILLS
n n Strong communication, client relationship management, and negotiation skills.
n Strong knowledge of account management, client servicing, and customer retention.
n Ability to manage client requirements, escalations, and issue resolution effectively.
n Proficient in KPI tracking, MIS reporting, account performance analysis, and follow-ups.
n Ability to identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities and drive business growth.
n Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
