Apexnova Logistics India Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its International Logistics & Freight Forwarding business and is looking for an experienced, energetic and commercially strong Area Sales Manager to drive international business development and build a strong corporate customer portfolio.

Designation: Area Sales Manager – Delhi NCR

Experience: 4–6 Years

Qualification: Graduate (Any Discipline)

CTC: ₹4.8–₹6.0 LPA + Performance Incentive + Annual Performance Bonus

Reporting To: Director

? Key Responsibilities

* Generate new corporate business for International Freight Forwarding.

* Develop business across Air Freight, Sea Freight, FCL/LCL and Import & Export Logistics.

* Acquire customers from manufacturing, engineering, pharmaceuticals, electronics, textile, FMCG, automotive, chemicals, retail and export sectors.

* Conduct customer meetings and understand international logistics requirements.

* Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate freight rates and close profitable business.

* Build a strong sales pipeline through customer visits, networking, referrals, LinkedIn and exhibitions.

* Build long-term relationships with exporters, importers and corporate customers.

* Coordinate with Pricing, Operations, Customer Service and Documentation teams.

* Develop competitive freight solutions with overseas agents and logistics partners.





* Identify new business opportunities and international trade-lane potential.

* Achieve revenue and gross-margin targets while maintaining strong customer relationships.

? Ideal Candidate

✔️ 4–6 years of relevant International Freight Forwarding Sales experience.

✔️ Strong network with Exporters, Importers, Procurement and Supply Chain professionals.

✔️ Strong knowledge of Air Freight, Ocean Freight, FCL/LCL and Customs Clearance.

✔️ Good understanding of Incoterms, freight pricing and international trade.

✔️ Proven track record of recent sales achievements and profitable business generation.

✔️ Solid commercial, communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.

✔️ Existing overseas agent / logistics partner relationships will be an added advantage.

✔️ Preference will be given to energetic, self-driven and commercially strong sales professionals with active customer relationships and a strong recent sales track record.

✔️ Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development.
