n Policy Bazaar is hiring a Team Lead – Inside Sales to manage and drive telesales team performance, ensure achievement of sales targets, and maintain operational efficiency. The role requires solid leadership skills and experience in managing high-performing sales teams.
n Key Requirements:
n n Minimum 5 years of overall experience in sales, preferably in Inside Sales
n At least 2 years of experience in team handling and managing telesales agents
n B2C sales experience is mandatory
n Strong experience in Inside Sales / Telesales operations
n Good understanding of key call center metrics such as attrition, shrinkage, productivity, and performance management
n Ability to motivate, coach, and guide the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets
n Strong communication, leadership, and people management skills
n Ability to monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvement
n Graduation is mandatory
