n LOCATION & WORKING DETAILS
n Location: One Lodha Place, Lower Parel (West), Mumbai, Maharashtra
n Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
n Working Days: Monday to Saturday | 4th Saturday Off
n Employment Type: Full-Time
n

n ABOUT THE ROLES
n The selected candidates will contribute to architectural and interior design projects through concept development, design presentations, 2D drawings, working drawings, detailing, project coordination, and site-related activities, depending on the position and level of experience.
n

n KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
n • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory), with a good understanding of construction drawings, detailing, and design development
n • Knowledge of SketchUp and other 3D visualization tools
n • Working knowledge of Photoshop for presentations, rendering,



and visual touch-ups
n • Proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel & PowerPoint, along with Google Sheets
n • Familiarity with AI tools and other presentation software
n • Strong design sensibility, creativity, and attention to detail
n • Valuable communication, presentation, and coordination skills
n • Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors
n • Basic exposure to site coordination and project execution
n • Understanding of interior materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and functional space planning
n Senior professionals should be capable of handling project coordination, client interactions, design development, and team responsibilities.
